[Spell] Changing negative buffs to positive buffs

As the title says, is there a way to change negative buffs into positive buffs?

remove the negative buffs and then add positive buffs.

You mean like when you have a negative buff of reduced attack speed by 50%, then if you want to change it, you would change it to positive buff of increase attack speed by 50% ?

This would require 2 abilities per buff change.
