Changing Ingame UI

Okay, just wondering, but does anyone know how to change the icons for resources at the top right? I've been able to figure out how to change the tooltips for them, but not how to actually change the icons.

I know Blizzard said that it wouldn't be easy to mod the ingame UI, but I was hoping we would at least have the same capabilities as the WC3 editor in that aspect.

When they said "it won't be easy to modify the ingame UI", they were talking about completely changing it through triggers. I assume changing the icons is similar to the way you do it in wc3. I have no idea how, however. If you get really stuck, you could always rebuild the UI from scratch
