Change Projectile Origin

Hey guys, need help!!!
Have my own Tank also an new weapon, launch missle and damage effect...now i want the tank to shoot missles from his head center or whatever but he shoots from the ground...i just can't change it...at first i used the Siege Tank Action and nothing worked out, now im using the Thor with my effects and it still doesn't work, but the projectile flies to the center of my target...whatever - this sucks!
Can someone help me? Changed the Missle and the events, what else?

Action actors apparently control where missiles originate from when fired.
