Can't see imported models

Long story short I started to make a custom map before the release of Reforged and now I'm trying to finish it. There are at least a 100 custom models in game, but for some reason I can only see some of them. What changed with reforged? Is there a new pathing now for certain models?
Where can I read about this? Who could help me?
