Can't find the Spellbook?

Hey I have 2 questions I need help with please:

1: Im reading the tutorial on adding spellbooks but it dosnt say where I actualy find the spellbook ability? All it says is it's an item ability, anyone know where I can find it?

2: Completely unrelated but I'm trying to make an area of the map have no sight until the player enters it, I tried using line of sight blockers but they also block the pathing aswel as the sight. I need something that stops air units with extended lines of sight from seeing through aswel as normal units.

Its an item ability. Go to object editor, and "new custom spell" go to items and search for "spell book"

1: In the object editor, under spells, hit ctrl + f, and type in spell book / spellbook (forget which one)

2: Make a trigger with "Visibility - Create Visibility modifier region" as an action
