Cant Find A Spell

I recently got back into map makign and i was looking a spell pack which contained a Gunslinger hero that had an ability which made it look like he was doing something off the matrix. There was also a few other heros with some real cool spells. Any one know wat the pack is called?

I can no longer find the map on the site, but I remember the Gunslinger spell and it isn't too difficult to reproduce.

Basically, the "matrix" shadows are dummy units without collision that use artillery "attack ground."
