Can't access the web page!!

I can't access this webpage https://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/warcraft-iii-fall-draenor.139106/post-1341812 the webpage kept refreshing non-stop. I am getting really frustrated.

As far as I'm aware, the rules disallow me to post sites which are infected, or are illegal and such stuff, while this site is perfectly working and trusted.

No. My connection is alright. Just when my page load finishes, the webpage auto refreshes by itself.

And another thing...

This seems to be fixed now though, as I checked several not existing sites
