Hey im using 1.26a, and I wonder, is there a way to apply a different texture on a unit, without taking itis model, changing it inside and importing it as a new model in the map?
I do not know of any solution that does not use a custom model. However with a custom model you could make it have different animation sets for different skins and then use a morph ability to change the unit type to ones that use the appropriate animation set.
