Can someone please make me a spell

Hola, fellow pimps . I was just wondering if someone could make me a spell that grabs all enemy heroes, and then shocks them till it lets go? (or something like that) If you are willing, please reply to this message by replying on this post, or contacting me at [email protected]

what do you mean by grabbing heroes and shocking them until "it" lets go? What makes it let go? does it grab and moves heroes in? does it simply target heroes? Answer these questions and perhaps it might help.
