[SD/Modeling] Can someone edit this model to make it look more male?

As the title says, I want to make a male version of this model, like widened it up and make it a bit more bulky (bigger hands and boots, etc). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for helping man, I havent tried it yet since my friend borrowed my laptop. I notify you when I did

Edit: alright I tested it, its almost perfect, can you just make the wrist going to the hands a little bit bigger? Then it will be perfect.
