Can I have more than 1 Retex of the Same Unit at a Time?

I ask this because I'm making a map, I'm importing the Many Models and Skins Now, and I need something for like a Holy Warrior, and basically, Arthas off of his horse. I've found both, yet the use the same unit. If I can, can someone tell me how I can retex the Same Model twice, with 2 different units?
