Warcraft has a Chrushig wave icon? Also if you want something similar use the water elemental icon.

extract the icon with warcraft 3 viewer use warcraft 3 image extractor to convert blp to tga... use irfan view to change the color of the icon ... use again warcraft 3 image extractor to convert tga to blp and import it to your map

2: People with 0 rep can rep. Only people with neg rep cant.
3: Where does that stand? Asking for Random rep can, but not when helping.

My bad, I don't really give a shit about reading rules but I'll keep that in mine for the future. I thought rep is about helping others in need so that's how people would build rep. Instead of telling people that don't have the proper software to make it on there own.

Your doing it right.
When i was refferinf to the rules, i was meaning that people like this requester, might not have read what 'rep' is.

He can read it in my signature.

people with less than 10 rep wont count as a rep unless the one "repped" has more than 10... at least i think it is that way... it took more than 400 posts to get to 10 reps... and ever since then every rep counted (having lots of reps that didnt count)

Seeing people asking for reputation annihilates me.
Have at least the honesty and dignity to to suppress your urge to receive positive feedback.
The only thing you need is criticism.
If you´re doing a good job, the reputation will come from alone.
Most of the people around here will honour good work accordingly. So there´s no need to ask for it.

Just some time ago, it was changed so that all users with a rep of positive value (i.e. more or equal to 0) gained the rep power of 1, changed from a requirement of 10 rep to be able to give rep at all. Before 0-9 rep users gave 0 reputation just as negatively repped users do.

But doing specific jobs for people, who havent even read the rules, sucks.
There is no need to ask for rep, to people who has rep themselves (They know what is is, usually) But for people with 4 posts, or such, it gives a great deal.
