Here you go.

On future conversions, you should know that Warcraft III Viewer can convert images to blp files as well. Paint.NET can also do this if you install this plugin.
There are also other tools you can use found in the Tools section.

Note that W3Viewer has a tendency to screw up the alpha channel. Use this, as it is alot better with conversion.
