[General] Campaign Editor Upgrade Tab Bugs (1.31)

I'm having a bizarre issue with the Upgrade tab of my campaign editor, where saving the campaign in the Units tab causes some parts of the Upgrade tab to reset. Some upgrades have certain Position (XY) fields reset, while Spiked Barricades, which I re-enabled to 3 levels, resets to 2 levels, when the Game Data Set is set to Melee (Latest Patch). This is getting annoying, especially since I want to use Sundering Blades, and I have to set the data set to Melee in order to enable it in-game. Anyone has any advice on how to fix this?
 
do you use custom upgrades/abilities or overrides of the default ones?
Both, kinda. I've got one custom ability based on Sundering Blades atm, to use keyboard for grid reference the position on that gets reset to D slot on the keyboard when I want it at A. Haven't tried altering the default SB because I'm working on Orc units atm but I'll get around to it later when I'm more free. Envenomed Spears, War Drums Upgrade and Liquid Fire all get their positions defaulted to S, C, and C, when I want them at C, S, and X, respectively. I'm shuffling them around for a custom Orcs-only techtree where WDU and LF are in the Barracks. And then yeah, Spiked Barricades resets to 2 levels from 3. The bug is replicatable ~67% of the time, but it definitely screws up more when I open the game to test. The bug doesn't seem to happen if the map's Data set isn't Melee, but then Sundering and the custom ability based off it both disappear in-game. And I don't think Campaign Editor can have the Data Set forced in it, it tries to use Melee as standard.
