And if you want to zoom farer away than in the standard game view, make a camerasetup for it and make a trigger action "apply camerasetup". If you then scroll, it will still keep the non-standard view.
Yes, the only way to keep it from doing that is a periodic event trigger which sets the camera fields distance, angle, and maybe field of view to the values of your camerasetup, as far as I know.
