Yeah - I'm not a complete noob - i can lock cameras, I'm just not too sure how to get it to lock on to units to the same effect as that in Azeroth Grand Prix or Pokemon world. HELP!
Your question doesn't make any sense. You say you know how to lock the camera and then you ask how to do it!?!!
For your question: Just make a camera and then apply the camera and at last use the action 'lock camera target to unit'. After that you of course have to correct the camera's facing to the unit's one by the action 'Set camera field'.
