Camera Distance changes the distance between the camera between the target and the camera (for non-locked camera, it is between the camera and the ground)
Angle of Attack modifies the angle of the camera... 270 is bird's eye view, 360, puts the camera on the ground, 180 puts it on the ground but view is flipped over, 90 puts it under the ground...
You know what? You can create a camera in the WE, and experiment there so that its easy for you to find the right combinations...
