Buying-Ability system

Hey , i need a buying ability system for my map like the system in custom hero line war or custom hero arena.Maybe someone know a good system?Or maybe someone can do a system for me?

idk make a dummy item
event: unit buys item
condition: item equal to (dummy item)
event: (do something to destroy the dummy item)
event: add (your ability) to triggering unit
that should work so hope it helps.
