[Solved] Burning Oil Duration

Is there something wrong with how long the burn effect of Burning Oil lasts ?

I set the duration to 12 seconds but then when I observed it, itwould only last for 3-5 seconds.

Anyone knows how to solve the problem ??

EDIT:

I thought the flame would follow the enemy unit hit by Burning Oil. But as I observed, Burning Oil creates flames on ground and those are the ones which lasts for the duration. sorry for the disturbance :)
