it's just two plain colors. It's so simple that you can make it with "paint". It will be surely rejected unless you will make shadows, highlights and some kind of glow or something

paint is not powerful enough for WC3 icons, you need better programm, since paint icons are just horrible...

1 minute in gimp/ps would be like 10 minutes better :S

you can always download GIMP. its not as good as photoshop but its as good as photoshop for things like icons
