Sin'dorei300: It's too simple and lacks shading.
I suggest u to add proper shading/highlights.
Also, u could add some details and, maybe, a bg if u want.

But the problem is that the background is black. (for the btn) Unless you're talking about the big pic there

Even if the background is black, as the icon rules state,
there has to be a light source and this light source will cast highlights and cause shadows on the umbrella.
Since you do not use black for shadows, but a darker colour, to create shadows, the black background shouldn't really be a problem
