It looks really nice in my opinion. I don't get any impression of a "transform into a doll" effect though. Only a wooden hand. If you want more of a transform effect maybe you should add something "transform-like" to the hand. Other than that, nice icon

I think its more "action" in it now at least But reminds more like some wodden doll channeling a fire spell. I don't klnow about you, but i think of transformation magic = purple. But that might just be me. Also, maybe make some effects around the hand as well, so it looks more like the hand is the centra of the icon.
