you didn't link the icon to your corresponding resource properly.

to do so, after you click the

button, find the part titled "Fitting Skin" (should be somewhere above the description box)

then find your skin, and find its Skin-ID in its details (in this case, your faerie dragon skin id is 'jxtjwu')
