Your style's still rather fuzzy.
The hoods fine now, the skull proportions are great aswell.
You'd get a much better result with really smooth shading there, though.
The skull looks rather unrefined. Also, adding few details, such as cracks, work wonders for a more realistic feeling (few details, because otherwise, you'd clutter the skull, and things won't show up in the icon).
