It's almost impossible to define what it is. Even when I saw name of this Icon it took some time to got what it illustrate exactly.

It's really not hard to push the readability of this icon, you just need to increase contrast between the helmet and the surrounding ice and maybe put it more in the focal point. Currently there's a lot of surrounding ice that's taking too much space, you could easily push the lich king's crown more in the focus and it would help a lot.
