Looks good. I recommend decreasing the glow a little bit and maybe giving some more details to the blue part in the middle. By the way, I recall seeing this layout somewhere.

LOL at first i thought it is an eye but when i looked at the topic i wondered: "a sword?" well its a very nice icon and, yes, reduce the glow to 75% of the actual size
