I think it is really well done, but I can't really tell what it is. I mean I had no clue that it was a belt before I read it. I have no clue what it looks like, but it looks good.

Its too wide to be a belt, even if it is a close up. Try making it thinner or less wide.

Rotate 90 degrees, make it thinner/un-wide and make it look like it isn't some strand of leather with studs on it. Cause if it was, it wouldn't be a belt now would it?

The problem with this icon is, you cannot tell whether is is a belt, or a bracelet, because of the shear size and shape of it.
