I think this looks good but could be better. You could highlight more of the vines (or whatever are those that surrounds the hands) around the hand and give some strong green-ish glow to it if you know what I mean, it kind of depicts energy or power.
But still, this is useful and as always, you keep on improving with each icon you make. +rep.
