1/10=Really poor job (Lacking)
2/10=Poor job
3/10=Lacking
4/10=Not good at all
5/10=Semi-Good not that good.
6/10=Alright..
7/10=Change some stuff.
8/10=Need to add/move something around or fix something.
9/10=Needs some tweaks.
10/10=Awesome, You used your time wisely!

But how can you turn "10/10=Awesome, You used your time wisely!"
into a 4/5? you should have said 8/10 insted if thats the case. :S
Its quite annoying when people use a scale of 10 insted of 5 and then dont follow the scale.
10/10 = 5.0/5
09/10 = 4.5/5
08/10 = 4.0/5
and so on.
Thats how the scale should work if you calculate it right.

Anyway, i give it a 4/5 becouse many details isnt visible.
