1. The icon looks like you made it with 'MS Paint'
2. Should be more sharp-looking if you know what i mean
3. The center looks fine, but should be darker and sharper.

Its my opinion, but other users may like it otherwise, so edit the icon on purpose, but to be serious I will never download this icon the way it is now :/
