Well, you used a big brush to define the lightnings. Plus, the lightnings are not red.
Even if this was decently made, its theme is way unoriginal.
Finally, no way this can be approved.

Use button manager. It`s in tools section and it`s the easiest way to convert.

its a storm alright.
It needs a 100% increase in definition or else this will never be accepted

the colours are pretty random as well. (Red lightning? Green Clouds?? WTF?)

read some tutorials to learn how to properly create an icon.
