Your shading is improving! The shape of the arrow looks weird,arrows are not round,can you post a big picture of it? so i can help you farther

EDIT:Sry did this in a rush,had something up,redo your statics,don't just use gradient for it,instead use lines and glows with gradient altogether,add something to tie the arrowhead to the arrow body. ^^

Well you're definitely improving, but this time there's only two little things I don't really like.
First, the shape of the arrowhead looks kind of soft, (probably because of the strong highlight)
Secondly, the wooden part doesn't really look like wood.
So, I hope you improve this icon, because the way I see it, this could easily get approved =)
