They are awsome effects and I really like this... And it surely isn't CnP. 5/5 I try to encourage people to make freehand icons and leave CnP behind. If Blizzard can do it, we can.

Well i'm going to rate 5/5, I also think the icon is very good .
I just can't understand how Blizzard made all that cool icons. Anyway, i'm sure that upgrades needed some CnP. :roll:
