BTNsOddLookingWeapon

Firstly, the weapon is meant to have a weird shape, it is not symmetrical. Hope you like my idea.
Heres how it is supposed to be:

This is not the way it could look. The idea and concept itself are good, but their interpretation requires more work. You should make a decent background and change the color-theme and style to wc3 cartoonish, also a pretty strange handle, it looks to small and most likely will break under the heavy sword if held by a warrior. Also maybe the yellowish glow is not the best idea, not sure though. Try experimenting with it. 3/5

I do not agree here. Backgrounds for items are usually a bad idea, I think you should leave it black. Also, if something's strange or unrealistic here, it's the blade; the handle looks just fine (I personally like the whole concept).

However all this is not really relevant as our opinions are not really constructive. I just wanted to say this because I certainly think that the icon design is great as it is; if you're going to change anything then let it be the shading or something more detailed.

Great work. =)

Haha thank you all for spending your time commenting on this, I glad someone liked it. So anyway, usually I listen people advices but I'd like to "fight" for this.

First of all, this is the reason why I add "OddLooking" to the filename, because I wanted it to be weird. If you searched through the icons, you see there's 150+ of them with sword icons, so I wanna make something different, something strange. What I mean is, I can make a perfect sword-like icon but I don't want to, because there's too much of them.

Also, if you noticed in some video games, you can see there's always a "weird" item/equipment. For example, in Tales of Destiny 2, there's an item called "Brush" which acts like a weapon. In Dungeon Siege 2, there's an item called "Mysterious Bucket" which acts like an armor. What make these things interesting are we can make the player feel curious about it. Like "What's the point of this item?", "How do I got this item" and such. So the point of this icon is to add those "features" into a map.

English is not my first language, sorry if you found any grammar errors. Still, hope you understand what I'm saying.

Anyway, the blade is meant to be blunt and weird while the handle is meant to be heavy. Basically, the whole weapon is meant to be weak and heavy until that none would discover it's mysterious powers.

Update: Removed background and added shading.
