Hey looks quite nice, the glow is a bit blurry though, but apart from that i find it very nice.

Need more shadings (on wand under skull, side of skull) Look on skull icons in google, and you may find out what you drew wrong.

Looks good, but do like NFWar said, and maybe change bg. I feel it is just to much orange color.

Brilliant! It could use a little more shading, and the skull looks small when you compare it to the staff.
