High quality work, pretty good, i just think there is alot of effects and stuff going on in the background you will get distracted and not know what the icon means. But overall nice.

Is there, a ring on that arrow? Well eitherway the artwork is pretty decent although I will say it doesn't fit too well with other traditional WC3 Icons, but so long as it's used with other icons by you it looks fine, so good work on that.
