Pretty cool, useful for Mana Drain/Soul Collection/Soul Drain and stuff like that. The blue light is blending too much with the color of the hand, but it's not a big problem, though I suggest you fixed it, to make the hand more visible. 4/5.

Although it would be more useful for WC3 Maps if the hands are Troll's (The only practicioner of Voodoo Magic in WC3 is Trolls), it's still pretty good! Love the bluey aura and great details. Though the face is a bit off for a shrunken head.

I looks great, and I think that you could find a lot of use for it. This can be used for everything from Troll spells to possession and ice-thinies.
