don't copy 'n' paste. Try to draw the shield yourself, the plus is easy work. Use some tutorials here, on hive, that may help you.
Right now, this is CnP of 2 icons: Defend (Footman) and Spell Select (Hero). CnP icons aren't approved...

This was made for my War of the Flags project and DISBTN was simply because the hive forced me to make one, but meh, more practice for me :3

I just hope, for your own sake, that you realize that without a DISBTN, when you have the icon visible and open a Menu, the icon will become green, right?
And to fix that, you need to use the proper paths and a DISBTN provided under your description.

(I use PS CS4, but there are other programs that are just as good)

You can use GIMP 2.6 (Or 2.0 idk)

I tried gimp, but I was impatient to download it xD. I'll try when I have alot of spare time.
