Looks fine to me....
But you should put extra options like with the passive version of this.

The icon looks great, although he looks a bit cross-eyed. Also towards the bottom of the cloak it looks a bit to diffuse and fades into the background.

I think it generally appears a bit blurred.
You could need more definition in its overall appearance (deeper, clearer shadings and highlights).
Oh, and the DISBTN border should be a ~5 pixel black bar blending with the icon.
Just check some approved icons to see how such a border should look like.

i agree... the eyes make the icon look icredibly akward... i think it would be best just to remove them im proving the overall epicness of the icon
