In my mind, it is like in perspective, and the front part is closer to us than the back one, that makes it smaller.

If you haven't Noticed, i agree, its extremely good. But the reason for comments isnt just to spam 5/5 or other words for good, its to give contructive critique.

And now, my opinion in the fixed version:
This icon is unique and amazing in its quality. Horror mapmakers and dark spellmakers will find it addictive.
A slight suggestion for improvement: The blood looks abit too runny, like water. It doesn't matter anyway.
