Well, it's a fitting icon for the Howl of Terror buff model, but it can be improved.

Looks pretty plain.
Try smudge the glow, so that it'll look more evil.
Right now, it looks like something i have at home.

This is a recurring problem with either the Hive or whatever borderizer these people keep using. Anyways, it swaps the colours so this icon may not even be purple, who knows.

Anyways but the icon, it could use alot of work. Give it a more eventful background, right now it looks plain. Perhaps add an indicator of circular motion, so it is more fitting with the Howl of Terror buff, like terradont said.
