Zombie.: The proportions are messed up and the lack of shading and color variation makes it look unrealistic and not useful. Fix these two issues by increasing the level of shading near the edges and utilizing a better level of details and color variation.

For example, the middle finger? You can't just bend the outer part of the finger like that?
the fingers shape needs to be edited.
