From this angle the arrow looks more like a spear.

There are quite a few arrow icons that look like spears. Even the blizzard ones.
Personally, I prefer it like that, so you can use it for either one.
Also, I quite like the smooth roughness the icon has.
^probably didn't make too much sense.
But yeah
perhaps sharpen the green in the background,
and maybe make it look like its coming from the arrow more rather than just being there.
I'd give it a 4/5 as is tho
