Sin'dorei300: Not very creative and too...smudged.
Needs a bit of... motion, some effects etc.
Please take a look at some reference images of fire bolts.

Looks good but too plain, it needs some more little/tiny meteors falling down in the background like in the top middle where that black space is could use some. Since its a rain of fire, in my oppion i would make them everywhere but thats just me.
