A little more detail, a richer color range and stronger shadings/highlights - would be nice.

Sin'dorei300: The color palette is still poor. Those ramification endings should be smoother. It's an interesting theme, give ur imagination free rein.
Take a look at the tutorials / artworks / pics which i've recommended u.

Still blurry, here didn't do much to it.. just use blurry brush dark blue color and about 50 opacity and go around the bolt.

Didn't know you had an icon. Anyway, I agree that it seems blurry and I think it could be more "sharper" and some glows around would do like what Grendel just did.
