My energysugre icon got reject because that it looked very smudged, so i decided to redo it, and got the idea from a Pokémon attack

Made it a bit smaller.
Fixed the angle and tweaked some scaling as well as changed the background.

You could use the banshee missile or some kind of ring-model to make a nice psybeam-effect I guess.
Anyway, it's a graceful icon, one of your best from my point of view. =)
