zombie2279: Overall rather blurry, and the blade's quality is quite lacking. Add more shadings/highlights and maybe some more details to the blade itself, it looks really generic now.

The poison effect, which also needs more work, blends in too much with the sword, all in all increasing the blur factor.

This is pretty cool, though it looks more like a plague cloud than a poison cloud.Also, I think you should extend the cloud to the lower part of the sword. Anyway, I think it is of approvable quality now, though you could improve it a little bit. 4/5, even deserving of +rep. This icon is better then some that I've seen. Good job!

I am not exactly liking the quality of the whole icon in general. the shading of the blade is very wierd and the DISBTN quality is too pixelated.
The poison, i think is not poison whatsoever and is a very messy green blob. i'd recommend more shading and much more definition on the poison.

not quite. the poison still looks very weird and globby. not like the liquidy effect of poison itself. also the glow loooks like it needs a lot of work

I recommend you remove the poison from the upper part and do some more improvements on the lower area. The sword itself would still require more shading/highlights.
