Hm.. it's quite clear to me, but maybe I didn't do enough in defining this. Let's see what others think.

It seems more like a wind serpent than a phoenix

I thought a wind serpent is more of a lizard/dragon-like creature, with scales and stuff and no beak, and there are a beak and feathers on the icon, so to me it does look more like a phoenix (or an eagle).
