The foreground arrow should be lower, its a little wrenched right now.
That could be on purpose i suppose, but IMO its a flaw.

i realy like the look of this one, The shading is nice, The Positioning is nice, I think over all this deserves a great big 10/10

I really like it, but the icon should be tilted more upwards. Its a little hard to see its the "Patrol" icon.
