but the backround just ruins it.
if you had a black backround with a glow, it would be much better

i think a green glow would blend in too much with the hand.
i'd try a red glow perhaps

increase the glows quality. make it fade out and not too sudden. but it looks a lot better

Just do the improvements required and we'll see. As for the future, please always save wips, you'll need them if your icon turns out to be good, and that's the aim.
